Aqua Velva

Design with the word 'AQUA VELVA' on the left side in large black letters on a blue-speckled background. A small inset shows two people sitting cross-legged on a concrete sidewalk, with shadows cast on the ground.
A collage with the words 'AQUA VELVA' and 'ALL REMAINS' at the top. The collage features an abstract, surreal scene with a large face in silhouette, multiple smaller figures walking on a red field, and a small house in the background. The face appears to be part of the collage, with greenish highlights and a contemplative expression. The scene combines elements of a landscape and human figures in a dream-like style.

Aqua Velva is a heavy alternative band from Spokane, WA. comprised of brothers Jason (Guitar, Vocals) and Juno (Drums, Bass) Ingram. Their two albums, Aqua Velva and All Remains were recorded and mixed in our basement using guerilla studio techniques and treatment.

OranJoose

A colorful, abstract image with pixelated text reading 'OranJoose Sorry Content', a cartoonish figure with outstretched arms, a red 'X' over a pelican image, and rainbow-colored mountain shapes in shades of orange, yellow, and green.
A black background with text in yellow, gray, and red. The yellow text reads 'OranJoose', the gray text says 'Dark of the Dark God', and there are red lines forming an abstract shape in the center.
A conceptual illustration of a cube with a globe inside, set against a cosmic background with the text "TIME CUBE" at the bottom.
Cartoon character with orange face, black eyebrows, glasses, and purple shirt, smiling and clasping hands in front. Text above reads 'Mischievous Lester Fanclub' and 'Gettin' Mischievous' in black gothic font.
Symmetrical abstract digital artwork with dark background, featuring iridescent blue, purple, and gold patterns resembling a butterfly or insect.

Originally a joke project started in 2020 between a few friends, OranJoose (and eventually Mischievous Lester Fanclub) was unintentionally a solid vehicle for honing skills in FL Studio, from learning the ropes of production to developing speed and a musical ear.

Instrumentals and most vocals were written and recorded by me. Collaboration was done virtually during Covid via primitive stem sharing before platforms like Session Studio or BandLab were mainstream.

The OranJoose alias still lives in various demos and video game projects.

Though the music ranges from not good to unlistenable, Oranjoose remains a decent exercise in modern production.
